To Our Miracle, Our Adventerous Aubrey

Scott and I are privileged to have 4 beautiful children, and because we do,

sometimes it’s tough for them to get the individual attention

they desire.

We have done our best to spend one on one time with each of them.

Scott does “daddy/daughter dates” and “boys day out”

and I try to do

“girls day out” and hope to do a “mom/son date”

with our young son soon.

Still, most of what we do is usually as

a family.

Although we have tons of fun all together

and we are making wonderful family memories,

we still want

our children to know that they are important to us as individuals.

They are each unique and possess beautiful qualities

that make them who they are.

Therefore, my husband and I have decided to

write each of them

a “blessing” individually to honor each one.

To our miracle, our adventurous Aubrey.

Although your entrance into this world was fraught with complications,

we are so thankful that today you are vibrant

and full of life!

We know that the day you were born could have ended much

differently for us

and so, we will continuously praise the Lord for

seeing fit to restore the breath of life

in you.

You are our God-given miracle!

We are grateful that we have the joy of being your parents

and watching you grow into the

beautiful young lady that God has called you to be.

We want you to always remember that it was God

who gave you life

and it will be God that will fulfill your life!

Our desire for you is that you will look to Him

throughout all of your life and love Him with all of your heart, mind, and soul!

The Bible tells us to seek the kingdom of God

and His righteousness first

and everything else will be added to us.

Never forget to put Him first in everything that you do.

We are excited to watch God’s plan for your life unfold. We love that you are funny,

smart, adventurous and have a creative

imagination.

You have such a sweet, pure innocence about you

and we know that these are beautiful qualities

that have been woven into you

by the hand of Him that has created and formed you.

He has ordained the foot steps of your path in life, don’t ever allow

the world to lead you astray

or take anything from you that God has placed in you.

Let your worth and value always be found in Him!

Learn the truth’s of God’s word and seek true beauty,

seek to be a virtuous woman and have a beauty

that comes from the

inside-out.

Always remember that God loves you so much!

His love is so great for you that He gave His only Son to die for your salvation,

that you may someday be with Him

eternally and abide in His great love forever!

Our prayer is that you realize what a precious gift this is and embrace

His unconditional love and grace in your life.

We pray that you come to know Christ for yourself, follow after Him,

share His love with others and bring glory to His Name!

We want you to know that we love you with all of our hearts

and we’re proud to be your parents.

You are beautiful, you are deeply loved!

Where ever you go and whatever you do, know that you’re never alone.

He is always with you and He always cares.

May you look to Him all the days of your life

and through the good times and the bad times, may you find the soul-strength
